We had the pizza tonight – regular, not Hawaiian. It was great. My wife was wary of the spring-form pan but it gave a deep dish feel and cooked it just right.

We also made some fresh tortellini and will have tomorrow. We will likely try sausage stuffed in the future – a butcher at the Dieppe Market sells this brand of sausage that tastes very much like pepperoni. Very Good!
