Happy Mother’s Day Moms!
I’m sure there’s a lot of plates of eggs benedicts hitting dining room tables and restaurant tables this morning and it’s no different at my house. Above was my serving of eggs benedict this morning.
If you haven’t done it before, try making your own hollandaise sauce. It’s easier than you think and you’ll enjoy it a lot more than some kind of processed packet. I just use the classic Joy of Cooking recipe. I like to add a few more drops of Tobasco or other hot sauce to my eggs at the table.
