It struck me that the kids were so excited to harvest the spuds and carrots that it drove them into a frenzy! You’d think they were digging for gold.

Tonight we’re pan frying some of those yummy potatoes in olive oil. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Delicious with just a little coarse salt. Perfect with “Mike’s Special Ribs”.

Thanks again for turning the mighty tubers & root veggies into just that… gold.
