Cooking up a storm!

A few weeks ago I was interviewed by Barb Crawford for her blog at barbbarbbarb.com and we decided a cool give-away prize for commenting on the blog piece could be a cooking lesson with yours truly.   I’ve done a few lessons in the past and I really enjoy it so I thought this would be a lot of fun too. And it was!

After more than a dozen entries, the winner was chosen and I spent three hours on a Sunday afternoon in the lovely home of Leigh-Ellen Thomas.  Check out her blog for the piece on our time in the kitchen together, and as well, see her past posts about her food and lifestyle transformation over the past year.  It’s quite a story!
