Recent Delights, Volume 4.

Alexandra with the pizza she made for Friday night pizza night. It was really good!

Steak and Frites. New Brunswick fresh-cut russets with New Brunswick beef rib eye. This was served up with some garlic mayo for the true Belgian-style experience.

A simple pesto pasta with some fresh cherry tomatoes from my dad's garden. This was Alexandra's lunch!

Gravy! Made from a simple roux with chicken stock and some herbs such as sage and thyme. Gooood stuff.

- A deep fried, chili stuffed calzone. Enough said.

The chili calzone, opened up to reveal the awesome.
