New Video: Wing Night!
NHL Playoff hockey is well under way which means I’ve been diving into chicken wings more than usual. Here’s my version of the Buffalo classic, which makes a lightly-coated, spicy and juicy wing.

Made a batch tonight. Excellent. I used Franks with Lime, really worth trying. Also did half with VH strong Honey Garlic rib sauce for Lori. We ended up fighting over the Buffalo.
Mike, I’m gonna have to try these, since Jim is a hug wing fan. That and hockey. You two have lots in common! Great job on the website, I read it religiously!
