It’s great seeing you in action! Some people are intimidated by the thought of making homemade dough but if they watch your video, they’ll see it’s straight forward & not as daunting as they might have thought. Thanks for sharing! Cheers!
Very impressive technique with the dough…I especially enjoyed Maceo managing to score both a close up AND the cheese.
